Although Vitmin B12 is water soluble and generally doesn't cause overdose, prescribed drugs have other nutrients included.
Vitamin deficiency may need to be documented as there can be non nutritional causes to B12 deficiency

Any tablet of good brand which contain methycobalmin salt you can take .
