Vitamin tablets
Should I take vitamin tablets like A,B,C/biotin tablets? I know it's recommended to have nutritious food but everyday it's not possible to take for me. Even protein! So I think my body is lacking these nutritions. I am losing a lot of hair,feeling not so active. So should I take these supplements? Do they worth ? Plz help

Hi - you need mostly high quality high amount of protein, for hair multivitamins are important but you must add calcium in the form of calcium pantothenate. Why not is it possible? I can help you with good nutritious diet as well oil remedy. But rather supplementing take fruits, sprouts, sometimes egg and sometimes fish in your diet. Regularly take a glass of milk or a cup of curd. Any queries or want to have appointment can message me personally.
