I want to start taking vitamins to help with my anxiety. I hear omega 3 and magnesium help. Is there a best time to take each supplement? Morning or night?

Omega 3 fatty acids and magnesium do help but is not a solution if you have anxiety disorder. There is no best time to take these but in my opinion its better to take omega fatty acids in morning and magnesium supplement in night.
