Vitamin K sources
Hi, I am a vegeterian, and during winter season I have options like cauliflower, cabbage, methi, spinach for vitamin K, but in summers there're no such green leafy vegetables and I don't want to invest in vitamin k supplement currently. I want some food suggestions, which have vitamin k.
