Vitamin deficiency query
I'm 21 year old and am a college student. Being a student, it's very difficult to keep up with the workload especially in Summer of Delhi. I feel weak and drained after the day and hands and feet pain daily. Suggest some vitamin supplements to help me gain strength and fight dark circles

Please share your height weight blood group n daily meals etc . As we need these for making plans . Stay hydrated like lemon water green tea lemon tea chaach etc . In summers dehydration is main cause of feeling weak . Please choose direct chat for all other queries and proper nutrition guidance with some results .

Hi The draining out symptoms and feeling weak symptoms are due to some deficiency l and poor diet. I would recommend you not to go for supplement rather go for healthy balanced plan.
