All multivitamins and minerals are all available in natural resources, you don’t need to depend on supplements. When questions come of you having any deficiencies better consult a good general physician and treated accordingly. If you can optimise your diet most of the deficiencies could be prevented. Yes sometimes you might require some supplements and that too for some specific vitamins. Which should be accordingly be managed. It is not advisable to just blindly take supplements which will not benefit you much and rather will waste your money.
