Hi, i did health checkup and got reports. I need doctor prescription for health issues i see as per test reports. I see vitamin deficiency, cholestrol etc

for vitamind deficiency go for morning walk before 9am or evening after 5pm in the sun. have D rise 60,000iu one tablet per week for 4 weeks.
for cholestrol :
i would advise to follow the following remedies:
- Exercise regularly(Preferably High Intensity Interval Training which would be an effective cardio work out)
- Reduce weight
- Avoid sugar treats, fatty food, oily/ deep fried food items.
- Have food items such as fish(rich in omega 3 fatty acids such as salmon), flax seeds, garlic, foods rich in soluble fiber.
- Eliminate trans fats from your diet
- Limit your consumption of foods high in saturated fats. For example, substitute olive oil for butter
