Vitamin D5 hydroxy deficiency
I visisted a doctor for muscle pain few days back. He suggested me vitamin d5 hyroxy ECLIA test and in report i had 21.58ng/ml . It is under insufficieny range. Please suggest me appropriate vitamin d3 dose to overcome this.

dear user, please consult the same doc, for prescription of (multivitamin) medicine, he will surely guide you. you need to follow balanced and nourished diet. try having sun bath for 20 mins daily morning before 10 :00 am.
