My age is 23 and weight is 41 recently I  found vitamin D3 19 so how much vitamin d3 should I take as it is a fat soluble vitamin I am very skinny recently I have recovered from covid 19 Please guide me

You can take vitamin d ,60000i u , weekly for 4 week , then once in month for 6 months , do check vita  d level .

The fat soluble is not ur skin fat ,u had misinterpreted it. Kindly share ur report so that I can guide you further management . Dose depends upon the level.of vit d
