Vitamin d3 deficiency due to anxiety
I constantly feel pain on my bones when i sit in the same posture for a little bit of timeand feel weakness in my bones my bone size is compareatively small ..:(. i had a vitamin d3 of 11% when i tested about six months ago. i drink calcium food and go out in sun regularly . doctor said it may be due to anxiety ..!! how to overcome this problem please helpp..!! thank you..!!

Hello there. I can understand your concern. You can take a tab. D3 must 60k once a week for 12 weeks. Along with that supracal pro once a day after food for a month. Consult a orthopedician in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain. Bangalore.
