What is the age of your baby, gestation at which baby delivered , nicu history… usually its 400iu/dat but can be give to 800 iu / day if any changes in metabolic bone profile .

U have to give 400IU daily , so if u have drops with concentration of (800IU/1ML) then give 0.5ml once a day
