Vitamin D insufficiency
I have insufficient vitamin D in my blood count. My recent test showed only 15.5 ng/ml... Right now iam taking Vitamin D3 2000 IU daily.. If this tablet is not working out, is there any injection (steroid) available for increasing my vitamin D count ?

How long have you been taking the tablets for? And the best source of vitamin D is sunlight. Also take salmon tuna eggs and mushrooms. Injections can be taken but it doesn't provide any more value than tablets if it's not a chronic condition
