Hello. Symptoms can be variable, but most common is joint pains, stiffness, weakness. They can also make your bone osteoporotic causing them more prone to fractures from trivial trauma. For Vitamin D deficiency, take Cap TAYO 60K or UPRISE-D3 60K once weekly before breakfast in empty stomach for 12 weeks. For Calcium deficiency, take tab SHELCAL-CT 1 tab daily at night

Hello... A level of 20 nanograms/milliliter to 50 ng/mLisis considered normal... Vitamin do deficiency is commonly seen in these days.. Nothing to worry you take vitamin do tablet for few months it will bounce back to normal .. Dietary deficiency could be the cause .... Have fruits and vegetables . Expose to sunlight ... Symptoms of bone pain and muscle weakness these are commonly seen symptoms.
