Vitamin D deficiency
My current Vitamin D levels are 25.9 . Which supplement should I use and for how long ? ( I also had tested for vitamin D last year and result was 18.9 and I had taken supplement in 60k power for 4 months - for first few weeks - tablet/weeks and then 1 tablet / month) again on testing this time it's still less . Can someone please guide me on medication
