My 2 year old girl kid is often suffering from leg pain. My pediatrician suspected
calcium deficiency and suggested increasing her calcium intake and my ayurvedic doctor suggested giving her 1/4th of
vitamin d rise sachet everyday mixed with milk add it might be due to vitamin d deficiency. We live in an apartment where sunlight is very rare. So I strongly feel she might be deficiency to vitamin d. I am trying to give as much as balanced nutrition as possible. And started taking her outside for a long time to expose sunlight. Can someone please help if only this vitamin d rise is enough or something else needs to be added in her medicines?
