I had conducted a vitamin deficiency test on Practo. Your report is normal except deficiency in vit D U need to take only vitamin d supplements for one month And go further for investigation.

You only have vit d deficiency. All other reports are within normal range.You can take C.uprise d3 60k (once a week for 4 weeks )and repeat vit d test.Contact through practo for further queries.
