Hi I was diagnosed with vitamin d deficiency! The doctor at practo has prescribed me d-rise sachet every week once with milk! Is there any thing else that I need to do or take? I was given this as I have been diagnosed with female pattern baldness. Since vitamin d deficiency is related with baldness I need to make my vitamin d levels proper as soon as possible.
