Vitamin-D Deficiency
Hello Doctor, I have Vitamin-D deficiency and the value is 5.3 ng/ml. But I don't have body pains or any other symptoms. Could you please let me know how to get enough Vitamin-D and what is the best time to expose to Sun to get Vitamin-D?

Sun exposure is required early morning and late evenings with maximum body exposure for half an hour atleast per day. Food is not a gud source of vitamin D. Vitamin D in therapeutic doses is required for your level of vitamin D.
