For vitamin D - Uprise D3 60K Ones a week after dinner for 3 months. Nurokind Plus - everyday after lunch for about 2 months. Natural sources- for vitamin d expose yourself to sun for 20 minutes eberyday. Vitamin B12 - the sources are naturally fermented foods, organ meets. But, mostly it's deficiency is due to low gut health. So, you need to work on improving your gut health.
