Vitamin D and B12 Deficiency
I have Vitamin D deficiency. It's 13.9 ng/mL. Pls suggest how to improve it. I am feeling muscles and joint pain. Also I have B12 on the lower side 250 pg/mL. Pls suggest any good B12 supplements.
