Vitamin D and B12 deficiency
Hello Doctor I am 27yr(M) 6 months back I FOUND LOW Vit B12 (140.60) and took 7, 8 injection for that but didnt get any improvement so went for another Doctor & tested for, VITAMIN D (6.4) FOUND LOW, Thyroid Profile and ESR (10) was Ok. I  am taking Lumia 60K and cavit PM tablets from last 2 weeks but not feeling better. My problems are * Pain in back side neck. *  In back left one side feel like vibration & sometimes pain in chest area and have pain in feet joins I have lost weight almost 6KG in the last 2 yr *  Back pain, mussels pain & stretching in legs & feel like my feet is in warm water. * Hair loss, white hair *from last 5, 6 months pimples in my back & shoulder * Skin dryness & colour  got darker compared with previous. * Feel like sweating suddenly some times * always feeling low energy. 6 yr back I had TB & completed my treatment. All problems due to Vit D and B12 or Is there any other problem I have? And which kind Dr should I consult. Thanks in advance Doctor

if b12 is low, it is suggestive of all components of b complex are also low. losing weight is suggestive of poor digestion and poor diet. if you share your blood reports it might help to find some clue on underlying cause.
