I'm taking Vitamins C daily since last 4 months..Is it safe to take it daily or there is any side effects of it?

No need to take for such a long time ....each and every medicine in this world whether it's allopathic or Ayurvedic or homeopathic do have side effects if consumed over large period of time unless it's indicated
