I'm taking Neurobean Forte RF once in a week. Can I take Vitamin B12 tablet (500MCG) other days in that week (Suppose I took B12 injection on Sunday, Can I take B12 tablet Monday to Saturday as it is safe & water soluble.

What is the indication for taking vitamin B12 injection, usually injections are required weekly for two months after that once in three months is sufficient or u can take tablets. There is no need to take both injection and tablets. It causes more burden economically with out any extra proven medical benefits.
