My vitamin b12 level are 108. How I can raise the level?can I take injections for the same or taking medicine is the only option.

You will need to take optineuron injection IV or IM once a week for 6 weeks ,later once a month for 6 months and yearly after that .

Would advice injections 5 of them alternate day.
Also,tablets to be taken over a period of 3 months for maintenance

Taking tablet may take very long time to get the normal value. Start with injection.. you can consult online for correct dosage
