Hi your vitamin B12 levels are border line little bit on lower side . You can take neurokind tablet for a month and later on 2-3 days per week ( one tablet / day) . Your blood pressure levels need to be monitored and lot other factors are considered before starting anti hypertensive medication. You can continue your previous medication provided there are no issues and your Bp is under control with this medication. But avoid taking banana when you take Tablet zolahart because this can lead to spike in potassium levels in your blood.
