Vitamin B 12 deficiency
Hi, I recently took a full body check up which shows I have vitamin B12 deficiency (158 of/ml). Though am a non vegetarian who eats meat frequently, this is still not enough it seems. I want to know what dosage of Vitamin B tablets should I take to increase my levels.
