Vitamin A for skin brightning
Hello doctor, I was wondering to how much vitamin A oral supplement pills should I take to experience some skin brightening, because I used to take isotetrin (acutane) orally past 7 months for acne treatment, and it helped me alot but since I have completed the treatment and stopped isotetrin my skin skin color is getting darker, so I was wondering is there any safe dosage of vitamin "A" that I can take orally (capsule) as multivitamins daily for preserving my brighter skin color I had during use of isotetrin? I don't want to use any creams, please suggest a Vitamin A oral capsule form with dosage as adult for skin maintenance and brightening
