Is it safe to take chewable vitamin A tablet 50,000 IU daily for general and skin health... I also take one codliver supplement daliy which has 284IU of vitamin A

You are taking very high doses of Vit A. It should not exceed 10000 IU per day.  You are also taking Codliver supplement of 284 mcg which is equal to another 1000 IU.
