25(oh) vitamin d & vitamin d3 is same?
My report says 25 (oh) vitamin d is - 55.90
Before 8 month, vitamin d3 level was 13
I took vitamin d3 tablet 60k once a week - for 3 month. Then again I started taking it form last 1 month, should I continue to take vitamin d3 60 k? Or I should stop ?
Now vitamin b12 level is - 494. Should I continue b12 tablet or I should stop?

Your vit B 12 levels are normal. Stop taking b12.And get your Vit D3 checked again. 25 (OH) vit d and Vit D3 are same
