Hi Your age is 25 In indian females as most of the work is indoor with less exposure to sunlight vit d3 levels are always less. There is no need of taking vitd3 in injection form. Instead take tab. Uprise d3 60k once a week for 8 weeks. After 8weeks continue it monthly for next 6 mnths. You can take tab. Com with with d3 And u should continue excercises as tolerated. Vitamin d3 is never found in any vegetable for that u should have a good exposure to sunlight. Try and make and attempt to sit at least for half an hr in sunlight.
Next Steps

You can take injection in morning and take the tablet at night. It won't be an issue.. Yes. You can start doing exercises for strengthening of muscles and joints..  Bones won't break by itself unless there is some pathology inside the bone..
Next Steps
You may have protein supplements, milk, curd, green vegetables,  all types of pulses, fruits, etc...
Health Tips
Going out in sunlight for doing exercises / brisk walk in morning/evening will also help..
