Vit b12, Vit D3
I tested low for b12(border line low) and d3( value 14) . I was given supplement for 15 days. Do I need to continue these for more?
VIT D was given 60000IU × 4weeks( TWICE WEEKLY)
VITB12 1500MG ×15 DAYS.
How can I check that levels are okay now? Is blood test only way?
Please note I recently had gallbladder removal as gallstones had caused acute pancreastis.
