Vit and calcium deficiency
I have vit E..vit D...vit C ..biotin ..zinc and calcium deficiency how can i overcome it without supplements and in how much mnths plz answer

First pf all you need to tell us are you a vegeterian ar non vegeterian For a non vegeterian its easy to have all the sipplements from food easily But for vegeterian and for vit D you need to take supplements And if you continue proper diet deficiency will get corrected in few months but you need to maintain that
