Viral fever more than 5 days
My daughter had high grade fever 103 particularly night time and morning time maintaining low grade fever and evening times fever spiked again
Blood tests are normal
Please suggest how many days viral fever is last and medicine etc

Viral fever usually last for 3-5 days , sometimes 7 .
Give paracetamol when the child has fever along with plenty of oral fluids.
