Hi my bro got recently viral fever 15 days before now it has spread to everyone in my om including me, fever has reduced bt vr suffering from joint and body pain is there any way to reduce the pains

Keep him hydrated For those pain give him paracetamol. I need to know detail history regarding regarding​ his symptoms,any investigation done or not.
