Viral fever
Hi,my baby girl is 2 years 10 months old,she is having fever since evening @102degree.we have given her 7.5 ml crocin and later given 5 ml of parawal cold ds under supervision of medical practitioner.what can be done now as her fever is recurring after some time.

If it is viral fever it may last for atleast 3-4 days. Continue to give paracetamol every 4-6 hours.
Next Steps
give her lots of fluids to prevent dehydration. also sponge her everytime the temperature rises
