I have d 11 d12 disc erosion when i do crunches or sit ups my back and abd vibrates what is it besides that i have mild stenosis also

Hi We will be needing detailed evaluation But definitely I can suggest you we need to work upon deep core muscles this vibration is an indication of weakness of abdominal and back muscles aka core muscles also it will also prevent you from future pain and it’s recurrence as well by easing the pressure upon over you T11 and T12

Hey there! Firstly there are typing mistakes I suppose. ( erosion, 17.5 ft ). Moreover One should do exercises in control. One should not go for over training. Vibration that is observed is probably because of weak muscles being over-trained. In gyming however vibrations is ok and not in this case.
