Abs Pain after intense crunches
I have been suffering high pain in my ab area, since I did heavy crunches for the past two days. It hurts to sit, eat and laugh.

Abdominal muscles originate from the back only. You should focus on developing core first since abs are the most superficial muscles. You must focus on developing deeper muscles which are core muscles. Once your root is strong  abs will work more efficiently and you will not get any pain.
