How long do you have this problem? Is it continuous or intermittent? Is the onset of vibration or numbness is gradual or sudden? Is that happens only with left thigh or both sides? Does it radiates?
Next Steps
You should do back stretching and strengthening exercises with proper guidance. You should do Quadriceps and Hamstring stretching and strengthening exercises with proper guidance. You should do Cryotherapy or ice therapy for 15-20 minutes thrice a day. Take intermittent breaks in between your work. Change your posture frequently from sitting to standing.
Health Tips
If this persists or aggrevates you need to consult a Physiotherapist or Orthopaedist for further evaluation and treatment.

If only a specific area is affected, the nerve might be compressed. Try desensitization lightly with a cotton cloth. In your case, try to lightly stroke the area with a cotton cloth but it should be very light. If you feel the burning sensation increasing stop right there.
Health Tips
Wear loose clothing, comfortable to that area. Try no to scratch or rub.
