Viability Scan Report
As per my doctor suggestion, I did scanning on 41 days (5 weeks 6 days) of Pregnancy. My cycle length is 25 to 26 days. I have attached scan report for your reference. Could you please suggest if scan report as of now look absolutely fine? Or any concerns in it?

For this duration of pregnancy this scan is fine. U can expect to see foetal pole/ baby after 6 weeks ( heartbeat will be visualised).

You have to get a repeat sonography after two weeks. Nothing is clear at present.

There is definitely a pregnancy sac and yolk sac but the fetal pole is yet to develop.May be in a week or so you will be able to see that . Repeat the scan after a week
