I am doing diet because of more LDL -120 and low hdl 38. And trigleseryeds 169...doing two hours walking after dinner.

Weeight 80kgs-reduced from 86.
Morning tiffin
After noon rice
Night chapathi -4.
Daily 7000 steps walking after dinner.
This is am doing last three months.
Since last one week I am feeling too weak.
Left shoulder blade pain.
Sleepless.
Back part pain.
Feeling some nervous pain In hands legs and buttocks.
By the too much walking daily my ankle and foot are very much pain.
Kindly guide me.

please do not harsh on body 7000 its too much.start gradually. increase the intake of green vegetables, plenty water,stop all preservatives.

Yes L DL HDL issue is there but not alarming
Any excercise should be gradually build up , 2 hrs walk is too much daily 45 to 60 mins is enough with once a week break
