Very tiny red colour in stool

Asked for Female, 1 Years

My baby girl is 2.5 months . While passing her stool today she had very tiny red colour dots (1 or 2 in no ) her stool and stool was running also . Kindly tell is that blood and if yes what to do in that case. Baby is only drinking breast milk and not any other type of milk milk .
