Very low feed at 2.5 months

I have a 2.5 months old baby boy. We are giving top feed since inception. He has decreased his feed drastically after getting his vaccination for DPT, PCV, ROTA at two months almost by 50%. Now he is taking approx 400 ml a day which includes both breastfeed and formula feed. What should I do? Is it something I need to worry about?

Weight is more important than quantity of feed. Send his birth weight and current weight. No Need to worry usually about amount of feed if weight gain present, he is active, passing urine and potty
