Very less weight.
I am 26 and according to the height and age my weight is very less. My greatest concern is my thin body and small breasts. Kindly help.

Hi Have healthy fats. Increase your protein consumption. If you eat non veg then eat it more often. Also increase your carbohydrate consumption. Have milk,  various dry fruits and nuts, bananas everyday. Use bigger plates to eat and eat frequently. Exercise regularly. You can contact me for a detailed and customized diet plan for you Regards

Start exercise with good fats and high protein highly nutritious diet. Being low weight we always neglect the impact of exercise on our health . Add more calories with nutrition only . No junk n night sugar food . No need for any medicine. Consult personally for proper guidance and results.
