Very less weight
Hi All Respected DRs My name is sameer .I am worried about my wife her weight is just 36 I have tried telling her to eat properly and now I gave up.i also tried few protein but it didn't work.she is very active though in terms of managing home .but at the end of the day she gets tired too much and says legs are paining which is but obvious but the problem is she do eat food good at an extent but seriously seems not interested to eat food on time and she also eats very less.please suggest me some effective tips how do i overcome the issue of her weight and I also gets tensed how she wll bear the pregnancy

Provide me complete information of her height ,weight ,physical activity ,madical history, diet history, veg or non veg. For gaining weight follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and walk early morning and evening which increase her metabolism, don't skip breakfast which increase appetite.take high calorie and rich protien in diet.

1. Drink water 16 glasses daily 2. Take high fibre diet and low fat and carbohydrates diet plan and do exercise. 3. Stop eating outside foods and packets foods , junk foods etc fatty  . 4. I can understand your concern. But I need to understand her case better. Need to know her weight , bmi , her food intake like what all she eats. Is there any indigestion issues.
