Very itchy rash

I've been getting rash every year ever since I was born. This year I got eczema for the first ever. So this year it's the second time I got rash but now it's worse. It's all over my body and very itchy and it's becoming more. It's usually on the face and neck but now it's all over. I also get fever and sweat when I'm sleeping
