Very high levels of sgpt and sgopt
I have very high levels of sgpt and sgopt though I don't have any symptoms.appetite is good and no yellow eyes and skin or urine.but energy level is low and I am over weight.kindly advise.

This could be a sign of fatty liver disease. Being overweight or obese puts you at risk for fat deposition in the liver, and this may manifest as raised liver enzymes (SGOT, SGPT) without obvious symptoms. Of course one would need to also rule out viral hepatitis and get an ultrasound done
