If i started on a diet it is difficult for me to control eating, dunno how to control and i want to lose 15 kgs. how to reduce 10kgs in one month? please help me

Hi, weight loss is not a magic pill that it will give you quick results. First be patient and work towards it regularly. To try to lose 10kgs in a month is harmful to your body. Exercise regularly for atleast 40 mins. If you are not able to stick to a diet. Train yourself to stick to small goals at each meal. Avoid Deep fried, sugar rich and maida products. Eat more fruits. Drink atleast 3 liters of water daily. You should contact a nutritionist and be in regular touch with her so that you are able to stick to your goal with her support.
