Vertigo with acidity

Asked for Female, 39 Years

From last 3 weeks my wife is feeling vertigo with extreme gas formation. We tried measures but condition worsen. Also she has constipation and random headache issue. We have a 9 months old baby. Before pregnancy same condition was there. From pregnancy to 5 months after birth everything was fine. We thought with pregnancy it all gone but again it started. PLEASE suggest some treatment or measures. Thanks Irshad Alam
