Vertigo due to middle ear
My mom is suffering from vertigo. as per our family doctor its due to middle ear. she is bed ridden since 2 days ,slightest movement or change in the sides she is sleeping she is feeling dizzy and is vomitting when she tries to get up. and also due to being on bed her shoulder and back is caught up and paining beyond control Please suggest what to do to make her feel better and how to cure this as soon as possible She has never faced any such problem earlier and this happened all of a sudden. She is currently taking 'vertistar md-8' as per the prescription.

She seems to be suffering from benign paroxysmal positional vertigo.
Next Steps
Usually anti vertigo medicines don't work in this condition. Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment in the form of Epley maneuver
