Mother having irritating and itching in legs with varicose.please suggest preventive treatment and suggestions to reduce the symptoms.

Thanks for the query. The photograph attached shows redness on the skin in patches and this can be treated without surgery. Regarding varicose veins, further history and examination will help decide the course of management.
Next Steps
Meet a Dermatologist and Vascular surgeon. A doppler ultrasound of both legs is needed.
